When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, any order notes you add, and the items you ordered.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address. We email you a confirmation link first and only add you once you click it.

When you contact us: whatever you send us, for example by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.

While you browse: anonymous usage events such as products viewed, items added to the cart and searches, linked to a random session ID that is not tied to your name or contact details. You can decline this in the notice shown on your first visit.

Ad measurement (only if you say yes): if we run ads on Facebook or Instagram, then with your consent we share the pages you view, items added to the cart and completed orders with Meta Platforms, so we can tell whether the ads work. For an order this includes your email address, phone number and city in hashed (scrambled) form. If you decline, none of this is sent. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you place an order.

• To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders.
• To call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm an order before it is dispatched.
• To send the order confirmation email.
• To send newsletter emails, only if you subscribed. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
• To understand which products and pages are popular, in aggregate.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Courier partners — your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your order.
• Service providers that run the website — hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), email delivery (Resend) and image hosting (Cloudinary). They process data on our behalf.
• Meta Platforms — only if you agree to ad measurement, as described above.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous usage events are kept in aggregate and are not linked to your identity.

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you,
• correct it if it is wrong,
• delete it (unless we must keep it, for example for tax records),
• remove you from our newsletter.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable hosting providers. Payment is cash on delivery, so we never see or store card details. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated policy.
